i'm a big fan of no-flash-movies that are submitted to newgrounds, but the movie itself doesn't have any artistic parts and it was TOO SHORT!

try this:

spend more time in drawing the backgrounds
don't use stick figures on story-based movies
maybe give the characters voices

the silent hill 3 music was great and the backgrounds weren't bad, nice athmosphere
